• Logo and image gallery (up to 6 photos)
• Priority visibility in search results

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $55/month. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

4. Content Standards

All business listings and content must:

• Be appropriate for a general audience
• Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Not contain misleading or false information

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit (business information, logos, photos). By submitting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute this content through our directory platform. We retain ownership of the directory platform, design, and all associated intellectual property.

6. Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove or modify any business listing that violates these terms, contains inappropriate content, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before removing a listing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the directory service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of business listings or any interactions between users and listed businesses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for premium membership services.

8. User Conduct

Users of the directory agree not to:

• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Harass or abuse other users or listed businesses

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the directory service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tampa, Florida.
