Premium Membership Subscriptions
Our premium membership is a monthly subscription service billed at $55/month. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your premium membership at any time by:
- Logging into your Stripe billing portal
- Contacting our support team
When you cancel, your premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months.
2. No Partial Month Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription mid-month, you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the month.
3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new premium subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your premium membership within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first month of premium membership and does not apply to renewals.
4. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing premium features:
- Contact our support team immediately
- We will work to resolve the issue promptly
- If we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or notice a billing error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error is confirmed.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Free Standard Listings
Standard (free) listings do not involve payment and are not subject to this refund policy. You may request removal of your free listing at any time.
8. Violation of Terms
If your premium membership is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use, no refund will be provided.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 7-day guarantee or for billing errors:
- Contact our support team with your account details
- Include your business name and email address used for registration
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant transaction IDs or dates
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
